Where do you ship to?
We currently ship nationally across South Africa. International shipping is available on request, please contact us at info@imbola.africa for assistance.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery within South Africa takes 3 to 5 business days. Made-to-order pieces may take longer - delivery timelines will be confirmed at the time of your order.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also contact us directly for an update at any time.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I return my order?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery provided the item is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with all tags attached. Please note that made-to-order and custom pieces are non-returnable.
Are sale items returnable?
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Who covers the return shipping cost?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or faulty.

How do I know what size to order?
Each product listing includes sizing information. If you are unsure or require a custom size please contact us before placing your order.
How do I care for my Imbola piece?
We recommend hand washing or dry cleaning all Imbola pieces. Avoid tumble drying and direct sunlight to preserve the fabric and colour. Specific care instructions are included with each garment.
Are your pieces ethically made?
Every Imbola piece is handcrafted in our Johannesburg studio by Tina Ngxokolo and her team. We are committed to ethical production and the celebration of African craftsmanship.
