Shipping policy

Each Imbola piece is carefully prepared to ensure the highest quality and craftsmanship. Here's what to expect with delivery.

1. Dispatch time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 3–7 working days. Many of our pieces are handcrafted or made to order, which is why we take a little time to get them right. If a piece needs longer, we'll let you know.

2. Where we ship

We offer courier delivery across South Africa, and internationally on request. For international orders, please contact us at info@imbola.africa before ordering so we can confirm the rate and delivery time to your country.

3. Shipping rates

• South Africa: flat courier rate of R250, or FREE on orders over R5 000.
• International: from R1 000, confirmed on request. Any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility.

4. Delivery time & tracking

Once dispatched, South African courier deliveries typically arrive within 2–4 working days (longer for outlying areas). You'll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order is on its way, so you can follow it to your door.

5. Delivery details

Please make sure your delivery address and contact number are correct at checkout. We're not able to redirect a parcel once it's with the courier, and re-delivery for an incorrect address may incur an additional fee.
