Each Imbola piece is carefully prepared to ensure the highest quality and craftsmanship.

Where we ship

We offer courier delivery across South Africa and internationally.

Shipping rates

• South Africa: R250 flat rate on orders under R5,000. Free shipping on orders of R5,000 or more.
• International: R1,000 flat rate. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Processing & dispatch

• Ready-to-wear items are processed and dispatched within 3–7 working days, subject to product availability.
• Pre-order items are made with intention and care — please allow 2–6 weeks for production and dispatch.

Please note

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, customs processing (international orders) or high order volumes.
• Orders containing both ready-to-wear and pre-order items may be shipped once all items are complete, unless otherwise arranged.
• Additional shipping fees, duties or taxes may apply to international orders and are the responsibility of the customer.
