Returns & Exchanges
Our products are created using natural dye processes, which are inherently unique and organic. Colour variations are to be expected and no two batches will ever be identical. These subtle differences in shade, tone and pattern are part of the beauty and authenticity of naturally dyed items — making each piece truly one of a kind. Natural-dye variation is not a defect.
We take pride in creating thoughtfully crafted pieces. While we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied, we understand that a return or exchange may occasionally be necessary.
Returns
Return window
- Studio purchases: return requests must be made within 5 days of the date of purchase.
- Online purchases: returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return process
All returned items are inspected within 1–3 working days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Once approved, you will be issued store credit in the form of a digital gift card equal to the value of your original purchase.
Please note
- No cash refunds are issued under any circumstances.
- Approved returns are issued as store credit via gift card. Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Due to the natural dye process, slight variations in colour and finish are expected and are not considered defects.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges to ensure the best possible fit and style.
- Exchanges must be requested within 3 days of the original purchase date.
- Items must be unworn, in original condition, and with all tags attached.
- You may exchange for any other available item. Where there is a price difference, it is payable by you.
