Our products

Imbola pieces are handcrafted and many use natural dye processes. Slight variations in colour, beadwork and finish are a natural part of handmade, naturally dyed work — they are not defects, and they make each piece one of a kind.

Pricing & payment

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We may update prices at any time and reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment is required in full before dispatch, including for pre-orders.

Orders

Order confirmation constitutes acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order.

Pre-orders

Pre-order items are made to order — please allow 2–6 weeks for production and dispatch. See our Shipping Policy.

Returns

Approved returns are issued as store credit (a digital gift card); no cash refunds are given. See our Returns & Exchanges policy for full details and timeframes.

Intellectual property

All designs, imagery and content on this site are the property of Imbola by Tina Ngxokolo and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
